Determinants of Quality Education in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS)

Abstract

The pursuit of quality education has been commonly studied, with researchers giving emphasis to its importance for sustainable development. In spite of the urgency, limited empirical studies systematically inspect these determinants within the context of SDG-4, mainly in developing countries where challenges are most critical.  The presented study pursues to explore the determinants of Quality Education in accomplishing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Understanding these determinants is essential because education helps as a cross-cutting theme that impacts the successful achievement of all other goals. Recognizing the challenges and enablers to quality education will help policymakers, teachers, and global organizations to suggest some effective plans for making sure inclusive, unbiased, and lifelong learning opportunities for all children (UNESCO, 2021). A quantitative cross-sectional survey design, as employed suitable for exploring how various factors affect Quality of Education. The presented study concluded that Achieving SDG-4 requires a balanced approach that supports both instructional practices and institutional resources. Without improving these elements, students may not fully attain the benefits of education as proposed in the sustainable development framework.
