A sample was constituted from 200 participants from Multan University of Women, Bahauddin Zakariya University and the University of NUML and Bahria University in Lahore. This paper aims unraveling a correlation between internet addiction and sleep disorders as well as between the latter two variables and mental health. For that purpose, three tools of assessment have been used: the scale of Internet addiction, developed by Dr. Kimberly in 1995, a Likert scale for sleep quality, and a scale of mental health inventory. The results describe a statistically significant correlation between Internet addiction, sleep disorders, and bad mental health among university students.
