Abstract

Language stands as one of the most powerful tools and component in the world of Advertising and Media. It has the effect and power to present images in a lively persona. Its captivating and contentious nature has consistently engendered substantial and fervent examination across a spectrum of scholarly fields, encompassing disciplines such as Linguistics, Media Studies, Politics, Semiotics, and Sociology. The fundamental objective of this scholarly article is to unveil the function of diction and the effect of alluring and captivating slogans within advertisements, with the intention of reshaping the cognitive frameworks of the masses to modify consumer perceptions pertaining to their behavior  for purchasing a particular products . This study specifically accentuates the significance of both the Rhetorical structure and the linguistic attributes of persuasive discourse within advertisements. In order to attain this target , Quantitative research tool in the form of Questionnaires was used. In essence, it is postulated that the more formidable the language employed, the greater its likelihood of becoming ingrained within the subconscious of consumers.
