The quantitative research approach that was used in gathering the data provided an opportunity to make use of structured questionnaires that were administered to the staff of various tech-enhanced hospitality companies. The integrated regression analysis and mediation analytical approach revealed that authentic leadership positively affect employee well-being and empathy of employees in an enormous magnitude. Further, the well-being and employee empathy were positively correlated with a strong correlation coefficient.
