The present study aims to find the connection among self-concept readability, mindfulness, psychological distress, and parental psychological control amongst adolescents. Adolescence is a important developmental duration marked through fast mental modifications and identification formation. Self-concept clarity the volume to which one`s ideals approximately oneself are sincerely and with a bit of luck, defined—is assumed to behave as a buffer towards mental misery. Similarly, mindfulness, characterized by present-second attention and nonjudgmental acceptance, is related to higher emotional regulation. In contrast, excessive degrees of parental mental manipulation—which incorporates intrusive and manipulative behaviors — are connected with multiplied mental misery and identification confusion. A sample of 350 participants were collected by using purposive sampling. Findings revealed that better self-concept clarity and mindfulness significantly predicted decrease mental misery, while parental psychological manipulation confirmed a nice affiliation with psychological distress.
