This study explores the key factors of green training and investigates its effect on green human behavior, leading to sustainable corporate performance and moderated by responsible leadership. Furthermore, it completes the theoretical framework that identified and addressed the gaps for long-term business success. The study used a cross-sectional approach to research using SPSS software. A convenience sample strategy was used to gather data from 393 workers in the textile industry. According to this study, green training may change the behavior of green employees through green recruiting and recruitment practices, as well as by rewarding and evaluating employees based on their accomplishment of predetermined goals. This study further adds that an organization can lead towards sustainable corporate performance through green employee behavior. Besides, this study shows that responsible leadership plays an insignificant role in the Pakistani industrial sector because Pakistan is included in the list of power distance cultures. Employees perform better when supervisors behave strictly. This research provides an abundance of information about green training and sustainable company performance. Because of the study's importance, longitudinal research will be more widely accepted in the future. This study draws attention to the gaps and offers managers, legislators, and practitioners of sustainable business performance and environment useful information. The present study satisfies the requirement to investigate green training in emerging markets such as Pakistan. In emerging nations, where concerning environmental conditions and inadequately enforced laws have emerged, these investigations are essential.
