Framing Consumer Behavior During and After the Pandemic Recession: Qualitative Research Approach

The pandemic established a time of changes, imperiling snapshots of human connection that client conduct and recognition were transformed. The motivation behind this investigation is to investigate the kinds of responses that have been appearing amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which could help strategy creators everywhere in the world to make sense of and adjust to circumstances as per their own needs and concerns. Individuals moving towards web-based shopping, effectively embracing early adopter conduct, and moving towards innovation, need to consider whether they will continue using this innovation (internet shopping) in post-pandemic time. Data assortment must be done subjectively. Respondents were people belonging to different fields of life. Consumer shopping behavior, the theory of planned behavior, and cognitive mental health theory support our research questions. Specifically, researchers shed light on comprehension of buyer conduct during pandemic conditions and assess whether distinguished practices persevered after the pandemic was finished.
