Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of CDM's role in promoting sustainability within the textile industry. The introduction highlights the urgency of integrating sustainable practices due to the sector's significant environmental impact. The literature review delves into existing CDM frameworks and their effectiveness across various industries. The methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative case studies from textile firms implementing CDM projects. Research analysis reveals that CDM initiatives substantially reduce carbon emissions and operational costs, fostering eco- friendly innovations. The conclusion emphasizes the positive correlation between CDM adoption and enhanced sustainability metrics. Practical implications include a roadmap for textile companies to implement CDM, supported by policy recommendations. Benefits extend to improved corporate image, compliance with international environmental standards, and long- term financial savings, underscoring CDM's value in driving sustainable industrial growth.
