This study examines the relationships between a sense of meaning in life, resilience, and life satisfaction among adults aged 18–22 years. Using a stratified sampling technique, 300 participants were selected to ensure demographic diversity. Standardized instruments measured the variables, and data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between the sense of meaning in life, resilience, and life satisfaction. Regression analysis highlights that both resilience and sense of meaning in life are significant predictors of life satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of fostering a sense of purpose and resilience to enhance overall well-being. The study provides valuable insights for mental health practitioners and policymakers to develop targeted interventions for young adults.
