This research article aims to describe and analyze the resource constraints that the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) faces in carrying out its tasks within the existing Legislative Framework of Pakistan. This research is based on descriptive and analytical methods, as far as the objective of the research is concerned. The Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) is unable to carry out its ultimate duty in an efficient way since it is still in its infancy and lacks the requisite infrastructure, facilities, and service structures, unlike the CDA, a department that is well established. The IWMB does not have adequate equipment that meets national standards and service structure. The existing federal legislative framework for wildlife is not on pace with other legal frameworks or models throughout the country / Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
